This is a carbon fiber welding hood.

THE CARBON FIBER IN THIS HOOD

IS A CONDUCTOR OF ELECTRICITY.

DO NOT ALLOW WELDING HOOD TO MAKE

SIMULTANEOUS CONTACT WITH THE “STINGER” 

AND THE MATERIAL TO WHICH YOUR “GROUND 

LEAD” IS ATTACHED. Doing so can result in electrical 

shock. Electrical shock can cause serious injury or death. 

The welding process releases heat and radiation which can cause 

DAMAGE TO THE EYES AND SKIN.  Federal 

and State OSHA requirements should 

be followed during use of this product. 

 

THIS HOOD was designed for welding applications. 

When used properly, this 

hood can protect your eyes from ultraviolet and infrared 

Radiation. If the proper Lense is in use ( Lense is NOT included) . This hood is suitable for most welding procedures. 

THIS HOOD IS NOT RECOMMENDED FOR LASER WELDING.
